Our Story
Josiah and Aliyah met in August of 2021. The moment their eyes met, Josiah fell head over heels for her. For Aliyah, it was just another day.
A year later, in June of 2022 they reconnected. For the next few months, Josiah spent his evenings developing a plan to ask her for her number, while Aliyah waited patiently for him to be brave enough to "make a move."
Finally, a move was indeed made, and from that moment until now Josiah and Aliyah have spent their free time reading, laughing, watching, studying, & praying together. Their love story may not be dramatic, but it is steady. It is a story in which their deepest desire is to show forth the Glory of the God who inspired, and authored it.
The Big Day
Ceremony
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. It will be held outdoors, directly in front of the Woodbine Mansion’s grand entrance.
Cocktail Hour
Directly following the ceremony, and preceding the reception coffee from Sarah’s Little Grey Cup will be available inside the Woodbine Mansion.
Reception
The reception will be held outdoors on the East Magnolia lawn, at the Woodbine Mansion. I hope you can’t see this.
Dress Code
semi-formal attire is kindly requested.
We do advise our guests to be attentive to the weather, and consider lighter layers.
Any clothing within the following colors is encouraged, but not required.

For your convenience, there is a list of hotels nearby our venue on the travel section of our website.

Absolutely. Our only request is that you list them on your RSVP form by name, so we can ensure there is plenty of food & space for them.

We ask that you arrive with plenty of time to find a seat, before the ceremony begins at 4:00pm.

Due to limited space and seating, we cannot accommodate anyone who is not named on the invite, or has been otherwise contacted by Josiah or Aliyah.

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as professional pictures will be taken throughout the day. We invite you to relax, enjoy the moment and we'll gladly share these images with you after the celebration.
